These day I have some bad feeling in my knee.
I dunno where I hurt my knee but its been a bit in pain.
When I stretch my right knee, I have a bit of pain.
I think my flexibilty is now stiffer than before.
So i try to stretch it very gently. I hope I get better before going to indoor snowdome! otherwise,,,cant ride and jump!
My holiday plan is now set up !!
Going to Germany to see my GF. I cant wait to see her.
We are planing to go to Berlin, and her parents home.
Her mum makes beautiful berry jam. I really cant wait to eat it.
As well as my GF cooking!
But before my holiday, i have to do so many thing with my work.
Im gonna be hectic soon...but after that! I can stand for it!

Today I went to surfing with my sisters hasband and other mates.
It was actually bloody cold!!! tempature was about 15degree C.
But I guess water tempature was even lower!
Eichan who is my sisters hasband borrowed me a wetsuits.
but thats for spring, not a winter one.
he said it might be a bit cold, because usually ppl use 5mm thick wetsuits around this tempature. this one is 3mm.
I jumped into water and fuck yah it was cold as hell.
these surfers are so tough! i guess it is cold even waering the thicker one!
cuz water gets inside anyway!
I surfed like an hour, then i couldn't stand the coldness!
but it was fun! I caught some waves but didnt stand up.
I am so crap.
Anyway nice trip for surfing, I might go back to there when Sophie comes to Japan next summer!
I was planed to go to jeffs Hanami party after surfing but it was unfortunately canceled due to bad weather?!
It was still good day!
I got a dayoff today. Because most of my supplier are on Easter holiday.
its a good time to take a dayoff, but there is no snow on the mountain.
I had to stay home,,,, So I decided to go swimming at the indoor pool.
I wanted to go indoor snowboarin but my wrist is still in pain.
Anyway its been a loooong time to do swimming...I couldnt take a breath for the first time!!LOL so bad~!!
There were heaps of old ppl, I feel like I am one of them!LOL
Then I swam like 2hours and my whole body got so tired!
Now came back home and having a relax!!
