I have been working out for about 6months, but I usually go gym once a week.
My mustle is slightly getting bigger, but you know once a week for working out is not enough. Everytime I went gym, I saw some guys often.
They got bigger than before but im not!!!
I managed to lift up (benchpress) for about 40kg machine weight( I dont think the weight is accurate). because when I was a hight school student, I could lift up over 80kg.
but i dont understand why i can lift up only 40kg,,,it must be machine problem.
i guess the machine weight is much heavier than real weight...
I hope so,,,
Anyway my goal is I can lift up 60kg in that machine in early next year.
When I started I could lift up only 30kg. So now i am a bit stronger!
I need to work out little bit more often, I got some weight in my home and
I think i start to do it twice a week from now on.
snowboarding season is coming here really soon.
Its time for me to fit my body!!
When you guys see me next time, i will be like HULK !! LOL
