I just came back from Taiwan for my job.
My job was to inspect our order brush. Our supplier kept making bad brushes but this time was quite a big order 10000pcs.
So i thought its better to inspect brushes before shipemnt.
Anyway I got there and saw our all carton boxes which was really good packing.
Checking a first carton, there are 2 kind of brushes.
One of them are perfect. I thought little bit reliefed.
BUT,,, second brushes,,,the lenght was a little bit longer than my specification..
and I couldnt fit to the brush base body...
which means i can not ship them out.. it made me so frustrated...
I called the manager of profuction, and we discussed how we fix these 5100pcs brush for a couple day. Fortunatly shipping date is not urgent, because of our side problem, our cutstomer didnt concern the duty and tax price in thier mind.
Anyway we decided to cut 5mm long in the lenght, and modify the inspection mold and drawing. Whole day we cut and bend the brushes.
but we only could fix about 900pcs a day. But our supplier said they can do it until by next monday. It was ok,
then I had a lot of deep fryed food during my stay.
I felt something wrong in my stmach after 2 days.
the last day, when i woke up, i got sharp pain in my stomach.
and got a serious diarrhea...so bad..
We went to the airport to go back to Taipei for our return flight to japan.
We surposed to do some sightseeing in Taipei.
As soon as we got in taipei, yes again, diarrhea attacked me again..
I hardly could stand for that, so decided to go to the hospital.
Luckly there is a hospital next to the airport.
Doctor can speak little bit english but we could understand each other in Kanji.
He game me the pills which can stop my diarrhea and stomachache.
Then we headed to National musium for my co-worder.
When I got there, i didnt feel like walking around there.
so I decided to sleep on the bench infront of the entrance.
after 1 hours, he came back and we headed to the downtown.
Got in the downtown, we didnt have much time, only 40 mins.
so went to the foot massage place.
that was good.
At the airport, I felt little sick again, so slept on the chiar so about 1 hour.
then get onboard, sleep again..
came back home and sleep again, now its saturday, but still my stomach is strange..I think i might get a food poisoning??
anywa Taiwan trip was awful this time,
air pollution was really bad there, oilyfood, but nice ppl.
hmmm i dont think i dont wanna go back there for a while..
