Recently i often go to gym to work out my body.
i feel my body shape was changed last couple months.

Today me and Kubo chan went to indoor swimming !
im not a good swimmer but he is. he used to be a swimming instructor.
we swam like 1km total. after that, i felt pretty good.
swimming isnt bad!

then he went back home but I went to gym to work out my arms and legs!
now im totally dead tired!!!! Im feeling whole my body is like 10 tons!! LOL

I took a pic of me. yeh check my mucle outttt! LOL

I decided to finish my snowboarding season today.
I could go snowboarding tomorrow but I guess Im not gonna go.

I had a great time with Tanaka san last wkd.
So now I feel I should stop going there in this winter season.

Stopping at the point of good time is the best thing I think!
I had really hard time before,,,like I got seriously bad injured then
I had to finish the season. which was really harsh!

I am a 4 seasons snowboarder! The winter 2006 season was just finished but my summer 2006 season is just started!
but its a indoor snowboarding though.I make my body rest and relax now.
And get ready for the summer season!!! I might start it from end of April. One of my best friend is coming down here from 31st of Mar!
I wanna hung out with him during his here!

Then next season will be started!!
Snowboarding is my life!

I met a Cool dude Cheech at Niseko, who is Dawn`s friend.
After he finished snowboarding at Niseko, he came down to Osaka.
He was traveled to Hiroshima, but he came to Kyoto to visit me on Tuesday with his mate Hasha san . which was really cool!

As you know, we are hardcore snowboarders.
So we went to snowboard-shopping to the biggest shop in Kansai.
But unfortunately there was nothing cheap at Morisupo.
I felt a little bit bad for him.
After that, I knew there was one more snowshop in Shiga pref.
We headed to there.
It was 30% discount sales at the second one.
Some gloves were farily cheap! We bought a pair of gloves!
That was nice.

We had a good time in the restaurant! chatted about snowboarding
and so on.
Everytime when friends visit me, I had a great time!
Meeting a new good ppl is always good!
I feel the world is pretty small!

Again at Biwako vally,
This resort is one of the crappiest! but this time we had a good time there!

There is so called snow trrain park. Its really really small park.
one rail, box, and small kicker ( not even kicker its a bump)

But that small kicker was really fun, cuz snow is really soft and shaggy.
it was really like Daigo`s kicker ( indoor).
so we tried lots of different tricks! i practiced 360 for maybe 10times.
then finally i got back my rotation, my rotaion was kinda little bit 3D.
i didnt meant to do but when i spin, the axial of my rotation was not flat.
i really need to fix that habbit.

today was a best time to fix it! Tanakasan gave me tips!
so now i can spin really flat! smile

the problem was when i take off from kicker, i just let myself go...
the rotation was ok but my axial was same tilt as a kicker.
If i do 540, then it wasnt a problem because 3D 540 is little easy to spin.
and i can see the landing from 270 degree.

anyway that point was when i kick off from the kicker, i didnt do ollie.
when i try to ollie a little bit, then I could do flat spin!
so i think i got back my rotation!!! yes yes

Now im pretty happy about that, i wish i could remember that before this season though!!

I chatted with Oz friend today.
He had a really funny story about one Jap chick!!

Actually he got raped by one japnese girl!! LOL
He told me it was crazy.. He let her stay at his house few days and she really just wanna fuck!! Hes first time got raped!!
That jap hoe fucked really hard!!
He said "yeah she was a real hoe.. nice person and smart but very dirty x10 in bed!! i like it but its crazy after we fuck few times she tells me she is confused about love with her french boyfriend - i say she is fucking stupid"

His dick was so sore...because she wasnt even very wet but just sit on top and rape me!!! LOLOL
Most funny thing is his balls were very sore for one week!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL

My snowboarding mates from Nara and me went to Shirao snowpark which is my friend Fukunaka-san is working as a digger.

Couple weeks ago Fukunaka-san called me up and said, Hey ken! hows ur snowboarding is going lately? wanna come up for my park?
It was a begning of going to Shirao with my mates.
Actually we all pracise snowboarding in Daigo indoor dome.
Most of guys from Daigo are cool. cuz Daigo was pretty small indoor.
we got to know ppl so quickly! besides ppl who come for snowboarding in summer time is really hardcore as u can tell.
so its eary to know ppl ( because i used to be a real hardcore 24/7 thinking for riding) LOL
anyway I thuoght its a good time to do a jump session with my daigo mates.

we got to the mountain around 9:30. it was really x100 super fine day.
snow is soft like a girls. perfect day for hitting for kickers!

I didnt expected to get a free lift pass. but fukunaka san broght a VIP invitation free lift pass!! Ohhh yehhhh sweeeeeett!!
we chatted a little while for the last season and so on.
Getting up to the park, it wasnt massive kickers and rails.
its like 8 m-kicker and 4 rails and 4 boxes.
i was trying to remember how to spin better like 4years ago.
First i did a couple times straight jumps, it went well.
i felt so good when i was frying. want a big jump but i havnt jumped much recently. made a tweak, mute, tail grabs and finally ready for spining for me,
I tried for a 360 for da first rotation jump.
It was long enough and landed little rough but super fun!!

then I thought today is pretty good condition for me!! i can try my best tricks.
I psyched up my mind!
But when i got off from lift, I didnt concentrate for riding.
all the sudden, there was a small bump. my backside edge was just cought!!!
I felt down and handed!! fuck man, my left list was got injured!!
I lost every confidence after that.
so i went to the patrol room to ask a fixing tape.
I rapped up my list as tightly as i can. little felt better.

to get back my confidence, i try to ride fast.
donno why but sometimes when i ride faster i feel good!!
I did couple times Tyokkari ( riding stright).
Then i tried to hit a kicker but not rough landing.
so i did a straight jump again for cpuple times.
then I finally tried to make a 540.
it wasnt bad i didnt hand to the landing. after i tried 540.
nervus feeling was gone, I could jump after that with out any fear.

but u guys know when its afternoon in spring, snow is really soft.
its easy to mess up the landing.
but luckly Fukunaka san fixed the landing by the pisten car.
he could drive the big pisten car cuz of this is in charge of the park.
he just did it for us. we closed the kicker and fixed it.

Oh-yeh after fixed the landing, landing was so good.
soft and clean!! I tired to 540 again.
but it was strange, my rotation was like 3D corksqurew.
I landed roughly but it was kinda cool i think.
scared thing was i just didnt meant to do!!

anyway im getting tired to write,,too long blog for me...

it was great session, but other guys were pretty good!!
I decided to practice more kickers in this summer!!

Back in my realy life from niseko dream world, my leg is still sored!!
Its called kin-niku tuu in Japanese...

I feel like its a punishment! Im having a hard time when I walk up the stairs!!! LOL

Sooooooo weeeek huh!! But on the other hand, Im kinda expecting for the recovering! It should be Ok tomrrow or day after!!

I will train my legs for sure in this summer!!

I just came back from Niseko where the mecca of snowboarding!
If u dont knw about Niseko, you are not snowboarder here!
telling u the truth, i had a blast snowboarding i ever had!
Niseko is the best mountain i rode in my life.

are u asking me what is good about there?
Oh--man, there are great backcountries and super wide slopes.
luckily there were not many ppl.
but heaps of aussies! which is really confortable for me though.
i felt like i was back in OZ.

back to the story now.
this time, i went there with jeff. we stayed at the backpakker where my good mate Dawn is working.
Dawn lives and works in hokkaido for now 2 seasons!
she is a good rider and also really kind and nice girl!

her friend cheech, max and kana( sorry i forgot her name maybe she was kana) were awesome guys too!
these guys are niseko backcountry master and super friendly guys!
i had a really good time with them.

2 seasons ago i was kinda little bit sick of snowboarding,,,
i dont know why but i feel it wasnt much fun at the time.
i think because of my skill, i didnt get improved much back then.
but last year, daigo where is the closest indoor snowdome was unfortunately closed and there is nothing to do in summer for me. but i sometimes went to kobe`s indoor which is hour and half drives.
then somehow i realized i do lile snowboarding! everytime i went to kobe indoor. i had a good fun!
i was back in a hardcore snowboarder!

when i was riding, im concentrate to get back my skills.
because im really sick of saying, i used to do backflips and 540 bothside and
switch f540....man, its really true but i cant do it now.
i actually didnt even try them. im a bit scared to miss landing...
BUT this time i wento to hokkaido and i felt I AM a snowboarder.
chatting about snowboarding was fun and riding with mates was fun!
so nothing better than that!

This weekend one of my Daigo mate is working as a digger in gifu.
he invited me to come up in the terrain parks.
now i called up all my good boarder from daigo and we gonna do kick ass
snowboarding sessions!!!!
yeh i cant wait to see them and really looking forward to hit some massive kickers! ( bt i hope its not too huge thou)

back to the hokkaido story,
the last day on monday, the day before it was little fresh snowing but not a super light powpow.
my legs were tired but we went for the backcounty slope.
there was pretty about 30cm fresh snow!
and cheech and dawn gave me a first track there!
it was aweeeeesome for march!! its like a high season snow in gifu!!!!
i had a graet run, curving a fresh non track run!!!!

I really didnt wanna go back,really didnt!!
but times up...
back in my real life today, workin with my desk i was thinking all the time about
niseko!

My girlfriend Sophie was just came back to Germany.
Today I took her to the airport. It was always sad to bring someone there.
specially girlfriend.

anyway after i said her good bye, i was sad, so i ran back to my car.
and as soon as i got out from the entrance gate, i saw the police light near my car. I parked infront of the gate because of raining. but i parked there 3hours ago...

so i thought Oh--my goshhhhh police is getting me a ticket!!
so i ran as fast as p!!!!
I got to my car, yes u know police was there,,,,

guess what, they are checking my car.
and i asked them that sorry i parked a little bit.
its still ok isnt it?

they answered you parked a little bit?!?
I knw when you parked, you parked too long!
But YOU are a lucky guy! im just getting u a ticket but now you go!

they let me go without a ticket!
sooooooo lucky!! there are good police in japan!!
what a relief!

so i didnt get a ticket but it was sooooo close!
i think ive been good! smile
