Ok, so after some searching and experimenting, I have finally figured out how to use an external HTML file in flash. The biggest problem that I had was in facing the all important space. Because I had a space in my code, flash would not read my file, silly ehh?
Anyway, I can now use the Moveable Type program to manage my flash blog.
